You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in any Black Pearl Journeys experience unless otherwise stated. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings & Payments
Reservations
A booking is not confirmed until:

The required deposit or full payment is received
Payments

Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation without refund

Prices are subject to change until a deposit is paid
Accepted Payments

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Guest Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes deposits, installment payments, and full balances.
Transfers
Some trips may allow name transfers within a specified timeframe. Transfer eligibility and fees (if applicable) will be communicated per trip.
Black Pearl Journeys Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

5. Travel Documents & Requirements
Guests are responsible for:

Black Pearl Journeys is not responsible for denied entry or missed travel due to incomplete documentation.

Guests are encouraged to review trip details carefully before booking.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and, for some trips, may be required. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
8. Health, Safety & Conduct
By participating, you confirm that:

Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.
9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Black Pearl Journeys, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in activities.
Black Pearl Journeys is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged property

Delays, cancellations, or supplier failures
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid directly to us.
10. Third-Party Suppliers
We partner with independent suppliers such as hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators. These entities are responsible for their own services, and Black Pearl Journeys is not liable for their actions or omissions.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, itineraries, images, and materials are the property of Black Pearl Journeys and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Photography & Media Release
By participating in a Black Pearl Journeys experience, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the trip to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to travel.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected and used.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Black Pearl Journeys is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
